This is the first movie swag I got. I keep this with me in the car to cut the glare when I drive.  I also like that it has embroidery on the back.

Mad Hatter

When the dvd of the Daredevil movie came out, some Walmart employees were given hats and t-shirts for the advertising. (I actually went to a Walmart at midnight to buy the dvd. Didn’t have to fight the crowds.)  Someone was smart enough to not wear his/hers, and put them on ebay for me to buy.   Very cheap.  I’ll show you the shirt later.

More Movie Swag

This is probably one of the handiest pieces of movie swag, because it’s big enough for a laptop, and has pencil slots and a zip pocket inside the flap.

Guardian Devil

Someone gifted me with this cardboard Daredevil standup after the album for the movie came out.  The Guardian Devil of the Inner Sanctum of the Domestic Goddess, aka my sewing studio.  Another movie costume DD swings from the ceiling fan.  Taken so long ago that it’s from my old low-res Sony Mavica camera.  Flat DD still resides behind my door in here.

More Movie Swag

Recently scored a Daredevil movie mouse pad from Thailand.  I think I have a movie poster from here, too.  Always fun to see the ads from another country.

Ready for the movie reboot

I just hope they have plenty of movie swag to collect for the next one.  I have some weird stuff from the 2003 movie: Kubricks, keychains, character cards (in English, Greek, and French), preview dvd, small FM radio with earphones, sunglasses with a strange image of Daredevil on the lenses, the misspelled braille coin, a credit card cover from Hong Kong.  This poster is from Hong Kong.  I have them in Chinese, Japanese, Greek, Italian, the UK version, and several US versions.  Not shown: the ballcap from the UK that has a battery pack and LEDs that blink (imagine a bunch of those in a darkened theater!), several t-shirts that were giveaways, watches with Kingpin, DD, Elektra, and Bullseye in Daredevil tins, and my very favorite: a bright red Roots rolling bag that someone won at the premiere and put on ebay.  It came with one of the DD keyfobs attached to the zipper.  I carry it on all my trips.
